Facility Facts

General Info	The facility was completely remodeled in Spring 2004 and so is in terrific condition. It is an A-Frame style construction with a balcony on the north end. It is decorated with a warm contemporary color palette with carpeting throughout except for café and the kitchen area. Although used for church services, it is not "churchy." Building is located at: 17712 15th Ave NE in Shoreline, WA -- just north of NE 175th Ave and just east of I-5 -- Directions There are two areas available for booking -- Main Room and Vine Café.
Rooms	Main Room (pictures) designed for events, there is no permanent/fixed seating so this room can be setup in many configurations to suit an event. Ceilings are very high with hanging incandescent lighting. suited for events of 50-200 people and includes audio/visual capability including a location for a band 42 feet by 42 feet (total of 1764 sq. ft.) up to 150 people seated [in optimized configuration] optional balcony seats 40 people Vine Café (pictures) designed in style of modern coffee house with wall of windows, exposed concrete flooring, small tables, chairs and couches suited for smaller, more intimate gatherings of 10 to 40 people Enclosed café area - 20 feet by 16 feet (total of 320 sq. ft.) - up to 25 people seated Outer café area - 12 feet by 22 feet (total of 264 sq. ft.) - up to 20 people seated Other Rooms Additional rooms available as add-ons in certain circumstances
Capacity	Overall building -- 200 people for fire code
Kitchen	Facility has a reasonable sized kitchen area for "organize and serve" function. This includes a refrigerator, microwave, sink and counter space. There is no stove, oven or dishwasher. Catering will need to bring all serving plates/bowls/utensils, knives/cutting & mixing devices, etc. Basically, it is designed for organizing and serving food, not cooking and making it.
Audio/Visual	Sound system (mixing) for band, CD & video input and video projection system with PC & DVD input capability.
Internet Access	Wireless (Wifi) high-speed public Internet access throughout building.
Parking	The building has a limited number (20-ish) dedicated parking spots. For evenings and weekends, we have made arrangements with a number of local businesses for 125+ additional parking spots within 1/2 block of the facility.
Smoking	This is a non-smoking facility. There are semi-covered outside locations to smoke.
